First Aid Plus Kit Adds Gear Repair Tools

Founder and CEO of Unchartered Supply Co. explains the idea behind the company’s new First Aid Plus kit

Christian Schauf, owner, and founder of Uncharted Supply Co. created a variety of first aid kits that proved popular with outdoor enthusiasts. Through their research and experiences, Schauf found that gear breaking in the wilderness is what causes injuries or delays. “So in a larger scale we built the First Aid Plus, that is ideal for Side-by-Sides, ATVs, boats, Overlanding vehicles and more, all in a small and durable package,” said Schauf.

The carry bag is made from tough 600D Tarplin that is welded and airtight and waterproof and features a M.O.L.L.E rear for easy attachment. The kit can also be quickly detached from its mounting point as it features a Velcro back.

The interior is organized, color-coordinated, and complete instructions within the first-aid section of the kit. The gear repair section has items such as duct tape, flashlight, wipes, a multi-tool, and more. “These are all the things that allow someone to rig something together to get you back to your campsite or safety,” said Schauf.

The company also makes larger in-vehicle systems that include food, drinking water, and more, depending on the level of system you need to carry with you while camping or Overlanding. For more information on the First Aid Plus, visit www.unchartedsuppyco.com
